Townhouse Transformation: A Refreshing Overhaul

 

In this comprehensive main level overhaul, we refreshed the kitchen, updated furniture, and enhanced the casework to meet our clients' desires. To lighten the space, we painted the dark kitchen cabinets and opened up the bar height pony wall, extending the countertop for a more open and inviting feel. We painted the entire space a soft blue gray, did a complete redesign of the living room millwork and refaced the fireplace in porcelain tile for an added touch of modern elegance. While retaining some original furniture, we introduced new dining pieces, bar stools, and accent items to create a cohesive and stylish living area. The result is a beautifully refreshed and functional main level that perfectly balances old and new.
